The two songs on this release were re-recorded for the band's debut album.

Description from Eulogy Records circa 2001: Red Roses For A Blue Lady "The Return To Melancholy" CD The epitome of emotional metal. Lyrics that deal with killing your family, killing your ex-girlfriend, and other mildly psychotic subjects. Angry, aggressive, and heart wrenching. Listen to this CD and beat the shit out of yourself. For fans of Botch, Converge, etc.
